We listed our house with a realtor Jan - Apr - never called or showed. They ran local comps and priced at $550,000. We recently went FSBO so we could drastically reduce price because we really need to sell. Reduced $80,000 to $470,000, pics are good, what else? No calls. Colorado hard hit economically. What can I do without losing too much more $$ which doesn't seem to help anyway? Anybody? Thanks!!!!
